Golden Gun Club Information
|
|
Full Club Membership may use the Rifle & Pistol Ranges and all the other facilities of the club. An additional discount is applied to trap or skeet rounds purchased.The process for Full Club Membership is to fill out a Golden Gun Club - Application for Membership and attend the monthly membership meeting the 2nd Tuesday of the month as shown on the calendar.For questions, call the Club House, 303-366-6970 or the Range Info line 303-512-9742 and leave a message.
It is necessary to attend a monthly meeting, typically the 2nd Tuesday of each month, in order to be admitted into full membership and receive the Safety Class necessary for use of the Rifle & Pistol range.
Full Club Membership is currently $150.00 initiation fee with yearly dues of $160.00 per year. All memberships expire December 31st; dues for the first year that a person joins the club are prorated on a quarterly basis. Quarterly prorating amounts are shown on the application.
After a member’s initial year of membership, dues remain at $260.00 per year.If a member performs 8 hours of approved service to the club and receives a Work Bond certificate/letter in the previous year, that Work Bond certificate/letter can be turned in at the time of membership renewal and will eliminate $100.00 of the annual dues.
Work bond certificates can only be used on succeeding years, not applied to the year in which the work bond certificate was earned.
Monthly Club meetings are typically held at 7 pm, on the second Tuesday of the month at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 4171, which is located at 15626 West 10th Avenue, Golden, CO 80401.Their phone number is 303-279-2119, or you can check www.mapquest.com for directions.
